app won't open, was working ok but now just says, "something went wrong check your connection". My connection is fine and I've checked and updated app on play store and restarted phone, still got same message.

new update is utterly terrible - have stopped using it it's so inconvenient. make you add a card security code every time you go to update. no one uses cards any more plus it's redundant on a trusted app

Since the update ... problems. Now 15th March, updated and problems. Reinstalled several times and cleared old files. The app is over-engineered and user friendly ... 0/10. "Since Allwyn took over the UK National Lottery license from Camelot (officially starting in February 2024), and particularly following a major digital overhaul in late January 2026, player feedback has been overwhelmingly negative."

I have found the fix. The app says the password is incorrect. Perform a password reset but you have to uninstall the app to achieve this so it takes you to the mobile website. Change the password. The issue if you install the app again, you account gets locked again and you have to repeat the process. The solution, remove you password from google password manager conplexity. Repeat the process of forgot password and choose a new password. The app then allows you to login and bypass the bug

This was a great app, but it's not working on my Galaxy A16 since the latest update. I've tried uninstall and reinstall, but it just keeps saying 'something went wrong. Check your connection.' No issues with any other apps.

really awful set out, nothing is clear & rally had to search for things I needed. like add funds & even to find Saturdays Lotto. I went in circles, which is really frustrating, I'd rather the old format. It was clear & understandable. whoever came up with this new one must be using crack. the bot was useless, I never received an answer despite a number of minutes waiting.

change your email address and it becomes mission impossible to play. I've spent 3 hours in their queue waiting to talk to advisors that can do SFA to help.

instead of the purchase date in your draws it should be the date for the draw date instead. 'if it aint broke dont fix it' so you design the new app to be worse than the old one. lost all my numbers moving to the new app, poor attempt, makes it harder to add money, harder to add numbers and as soon as u add money it wants you to play instant win games. useless upgrade. so you don't get an email to let you know your tickets have run out. complete shambles of an 'upgrade' give us the old app back.
